At our centers in Paguera and Palmanova, 15 physicians from 10 different specialties treat more than 11,000 patients annually, making us one of the largest private medical providers in Mallorca.
With our new Competence Center in Palma, located directly at the Paseo Marítimo, we are creating a modern medical facility with an international focus starting in April 2026. To support this exciting new project, we are looking for dedicated team members.

Your Responsibilities
As an all-rounder, you will be a key part of our team and the first point of contact for our patients:
- Friendly reception and coordination of patients within the clinic
- Organization as well as preparation and follow-up of patient appointments
- Scheduling and coordination of appointments by phone
- Written and verbal correspondence with patients
- Maintenance and administration of our practice management system
- General administrative tasks at the reception and in the back office
Your Profile
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (ideally native-level proficiency)
- Good Spanish skills / Basic knowledge of German is an advantage
- Friendly, professional and service-oriented demeanor
- Strong organizational skills, reliability and enjoyment of varied tasks
- Team spirit, initiative and a proactive working style
