We are now opening a new international Competence Center in Palma, directly on the Paseo Marítimo. We are looking for specialists with passion, innovation and team spirit who want to rethink orthopaedic and trauma care and actively contribute to building this new location. The department will be led by an experienced specialist in Orthopaedics and Traumatology.

Start your post-specialisation career in outpatient orthopaedics and traumatology, develop your first areas of expertise and grow both professionally and personally – supported by an experienced interdisciplinary team.
Specialists with initial experience:
You already have experience in orthopaedics/traumatology (hospital or outpatient) and wish to further develop your skills in a modern, international, team-oriented medical environment.

Your profile
- Specialist in Orthopaedics and Traumatology (Spain or EU)
- Additional qualifications welcome (e.g. sports medicine, manual therapy, foot/hand focus), but not required
- Very good English skills; German skills beneficial, especially for communication with German-speaking patients
Spanish required for clinical practice and recognition (B2 level recommended) - Motivation to help build a new competence center and collaborate in an interdisciplinary environment
Your responsibilities
- Outpatient orthopaedic and trauma care for acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions
- Diagnostics and conservative treatment of injuries and joint, bone, tendon and muscle disorders
- Postoperative follow-up and rehabilitation guidance
- Contribution to modern prevention and care concepts in musculoskeletal medicine
- Close cooperation with colleagues in General Medicine, Internal Medicine, Gynaecology, Gastroenterology, Urology, Neurology and Paediatrics
- Optional: opportunity to establish and expand personal subspecialty interests
